I’m Mia, the founder of Manifest Modesty. I started this company as a personal journey—a way to combine my need for modest fashion with my desire to make a real difference in my community. I’ve always believed that clothing can be more than just something we wear—it can carry intention, purpose, and generosity.
Through Manifest Modesty, I collect and curate new and gently used modest clothing for women, men, and children, making it affordable while also giving items a second life. Every donation, every purchase, is an opportunity for sadaqah (charity) and barakah (blessings), and a small step toward helping sisters and brothers access modest fashion without compromise.
Starting this business has been a leap of faith. I was nervous about the unknown, afraid of failure and rejection—but I’ve learned that trusting Allah's (God) subhanahu wa ta'ala (Glorified and Exalted is He) plan and leaning on the support of my family and community can turn uncertainty into opportunity. Manifest Modesty is the result: a space where faith, fashion, and charity come together.
